Fashion Kingdom
Fashionable dress began in the Borock period by King Louis XIV the 14th in Versaille, France. French Royalty began the first fashion command way before fashion or celebrities, Louis XIV was known for his glamour and luxury and was idolised by his kingdom.

He was a sophisticated man with many powerful ideas within fashion he established the use of colours and composition, the approach of Parisian couture in the 16-1700's. It what known as they called a Court Dress, the royals were known as celebrities for wearing them. He made his mark as King only allowing the rich to wear luxury colours, for royal occasion he

would demand everyone had to arrive in their leading garments he always applied a strict dress code in the kingdom. Rose Bertin was a dressmaker for King Louis XIV wife, Marie Antoinette the women who made her from a dressmaker to a designer. Bertin was made 'Minister of Fashion', which lead her to open her own Parisian shop. A big influence at the time in french style.
King Louis change many lives throughout the world by his awareness of dress within class and society. High society ruled fashion, the people were influenced by the styles of clothing that were worn by the kings and queens of the kingdom. King Louis designed 'justaucorps a brevet' a blue jacket which was only aloud to be worn by whom he would allow. This embroided silver and gold jacket was a big statement only 50 duke could wear it at time, he achieve power and statue over others.  Versaille is known as the birth place of fashion, luxury fashion is now connected to France. The original 'centre' of fashion - City of Couture.
