Ravensbourne is a industry-focused institution thats strives through the Ravensbourne plus programme to fully prepare students for work, help gain employability, help work experience and gain freelance work to set up their own businesses.Rave Plus offers the opportunity to book an appointment to gain advice and support from our skilled Rave Plus employability team. Rave Plus helps with future prospects, answers questions, gives advice of how to gain work experience or make sure your CV and online presence is showcasing, you skills well enough and are connecting well with the chosen industry at a professional level to impress potential future employers.
Ravensbourne Plus is a programme that helps all Undergraduate and Postgraduate get the most out of the University experience and get you ready for life in the Industry. It is a series of lectures, courses and events planned to help connection within the Industry.
Each term Rave Plus runs small group workshops/courses to develop the knowledge and skills gained within the Rave Lectures to ensure our Learners are industry ready. Its offers many different opportunities; from learning how to showcase your work online by developing a web site or creating a new cutting edge showreel, to learning how to set up your business accounts and book keeping.

Business Skills- Advice on working as a freelancer, making sure the taxman gets his due, navigating the hidden job market and setting up in the creative industry that excites you.
Personal Development- Those skills that can make all the difference, from public speaking to successful networking, gaining creative confidence and different outlooks on the creative world.
Rave Lates
- Influential speakers from the industry that come into Ravensbourne Speakers are invited once a fortnight to cover topics
- Once listening to the visiting speakers their is a chance for Students to come together to network
